well i am on a nother project blaster for the seccond time round so first what i have learned is allaways go with a aftermarket crank in bearings and seals pro x is of choice of rod kits to support a vitos cylinder i am going with a 240cc kit next is a carb that will feed this the stock is fine get a scwere on cap and do away with the t.o.r.s. and thumb throttle and go twist throttle next well go to suspennshion banshee front shocks and a blaster stock rear is fine for now well i am gettin this to geather and ill have some pics in a month

dude u should put a yz490 motor in that thing. they say its a bolt in deal id prob gusset the frame tho to be safe. they say they blow 700 raptors away lol that would be sweet

ok well i got to problems with motor 1 i dont think i am going air cooled and 2 my friends donating me a 2005 yz 250 wiring and every thing all i think i am really goin to have some fab time in is the exhaust head pipe other than that ill have some pics up in a cupple of days
