I right now have my z400 up at crollies. They took a look at it but do not know what is wrong, I do not think they tore the engine up yet though. Anyways, before putting it away before the winter, it was leaking a little oil. We were trying to find the problem and fix it. Before we worked on the leak, we did not start it for around 2-3 weeks. Anyways, we started the machine up and it was LOUD and I mean so loud it was literally shaking the neighborhood. We kept it running thinking it would calm down. My dad rode the machine up the street and once you got it out of neutral and into gear, it quieted down a little bit, but still blaring loud, way more loud then usual. So we got it back into neutral and was trying to find the spot where the oil was leaking. We were looking and looking, and then boom, the antifreeze blew out of the engine. I do not know where the anti freeze came out of. After the antifreeze blew the machine shut off, and now it will not start. It turns over, but does not try to crank on at all. What do you guys think the problem is?

At a guess i would say your head gasket failed. There are not too many ways for a motor to fail where you get leaking exhaust and leaking antifreeze

I cant start it, but if the exhaust were to smoke from the top of the engine, then it is probably the head gasket? If it were the head gasket, wouldnt it still be able to start or try to kick over?

It would depend on how bad and where the head gasket is blown. If there is not enough compression it wont try to run. I would have to guess you have a major failed head gasket. First the oil smoke from the original leak, now the coolant leak. The spark plug probably cant fire off the gas with the amount of oil and coolant leaking in.

Just pull the head and look. Its not that hard.
