| why would it oval if you have a decent size head on the bolt or used a flat washer it should tighten up nice. If loc tite was added I wouldn't worry. I would worry more about bending it if you wheelie and use it to stop from flipping, or you stand on it and surf it and it hits the ground. I bent my wife's 400ex prm desert bar up when screwing around with wheelies, caught a rock and layed the quad on its side. That setup usees u-clamps which suck, Beat the piss out of it with a dead blow hammer and looks straight to me. She wasn't too happy. Damn Beer!!
"i'm far from in shape lol"..bigbill I thought bill was BIG. Give you credit on the working out part, I just need to find the time someday again, hard to do with Kids.

| Well, how it is now, the bolt is in, but not in all the way, if I screw it in any farther, the bolt will snap, I will have to get a picture of it and show you what I mean | |

| wait a second. how far away are they from touching? the rear bolts are they just too long with a shoulder? compare the stock grab bar to PRM's. thickness different? what is on the inside of the subframe?(usually a nut welded in the subframe itself is drilled and tapped? Sounds like you just need new bolts(or use washers for the difference) of the correct length or you cross threaded both rears some how. | |

| Haha I was just kidding bigbillg
and the bolt is welded to sub frame, they are cross threaded now, I will just have to look for a new bolt

| drill out and tap to next size up. Get some new bolts. you'll be set.
bill just bustin' them, I just couldn't resist as soon as I saw the muscle man comment. all I could think of is Hanz and Fronz from Sat Night Live. "We're here to pump you up!"

| I will probably do that as soon as it gets a lil warmer out, don't feel like spending an hour in that garage right now. I'm just hoping i will even be able to drill and tap the subframe in that area, I dont want to take out the whole sub frame | |
